Embark on an unforgettable 5-Day Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara through Tanzania’s most iconic national parks. This journey takes you to four diverse landscapes, each brimming with wildlife and natural beauty. Explore Lake Manyara, home to large populations of baboons and the stunningly colorful flamingos along its alkaline waters. Marvel at the ancient baobab trees and vast herds of elephants in Tarangire, a park famous for its enormous elephant population. Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be greeted by an Excursia Adventures driver-guide. After a warm welcome, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay (BB). A briefing about the 5-day safari will also be provided.
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park and Mto wa Mbu
After breakfast, depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park. Here, you’ll witness the park’s impressive termite mounds and towering baobab trees. Watch as massive herds of elephants roam the golden savannah, accompanied by the chirps of yellow-collared lovebirds. You’ll also spot lions, giraffes, warthogs, cheetahs, impalas, and more. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the campsite before retiring for the night.

Day 2: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Famous for its annual wildebeest migration, Serengeti offers unmatched wildlife experiences. Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the park’s stunning kopjes and continue your game drive. Afterward, head to your Serengeti accommodation for the night.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti’s central region. As the savannah comes to life with birdsong and the golden sunlight, your guide will track predators based on their footprints. Later, head to a site near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll enjoy dinner and comfortable camping facilities for the night.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Mto wa Mbu
The Ngorongoro Crater offers one of the most effortless safari experiences, where wildlife can be seen in abundance. This area is home to the “Big Five,” and you’re likely to spot lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards. A picnic lunch inside the crater allows you to fully enjoy the surroundings. Afterward, drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
On the final day of the safari, visit Lake Manyara National Park. With over 400 species of birds, including migratory species, this park is a birdwatcher’s paradise. Known for its tree-climbing lions, the park is also home to elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos. After a picnic lunch inside the park, you’ll continue your journey back to Arusha, where your safari ends.

Departure: Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport
After your safari, you’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
