Arrival in Nairobi
Upon your arrival in Nairobi, you will be greeted and assisted by our team. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Explore Nairobi National Park and Excursions
Begin your day with an early pick-up at 7:00 AM by your driver-guide, and head to Nairobi National Park. After registering at the KWS gate, embark on a game drive where you can spot endangered black rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, and a diverse array of bird species, with over 400 recorded.
At 11:00 AM, visit the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary, followed by a trip to the Giraffe Centre in Karen. Enjoy lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant before being dropped back at your hotel.

Transfer to Amboseli National Park
Depart from your hotel at 7:00 AM and journey southward to Amboseli National Park, passing through the Maasai countryside. Spend the afternoon at leisure by the poolside or on a safari game drive.

Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend a full day in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives—the best times to observe animals while they are still active, especially predators on the hunt. If you're fortunate, you may witness a kill. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro provides a majestic backdrop to your safari experience.

Explore Sweetwaters Game Reserve
Today, immerse yourself in the wonders of Sweetwaters Game Reserve with two extensive game drives. The camp offers stunning views over one of the busiest waterholes in the area, where elephants, giraffes, and a variety of plains game gather. Experience the same Africa that Teddy Roosevelt did during his historic safari, surrounded by comfort and splendor.

Transfer to Samburu National Reserve
On this day, you will journey further north, crossing the Equator to reach Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Samburu is characterized by its dust-red plains, palm-fringed rivers, and expansive skies, located on the edge of the vast Northern Frontier District. The arid scrublands stretch towards the jade-green waters of Lake Turkana.
Samburu is one of Kenya’s few sanctuaries for rare species such as the blue-shanked Somali ostrich, Grevy's zebra, and the Beisa oryx. You will encounter large herds of elephants roaming the rugged hills. An afternoon game drive will introduce you to this unique reserve.

Full Day in Samburu National Reserve
Spend the entire day exploring Samburu National Reserve. Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives across the savannah. The Uaso Nyiro River, teeming with life, is a prime spot for animal sightings. Watch as Nile crocodiles wait in the muddy waters, while reticulated giraffes and Beisa oryx cautiously approach for a drink. Lions can be seen patrolling the clearings or lazily resting in the shade.

Transfer to Ol Pejeta Conservancy for a Game Drive
After breakfast, travel to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, with game viewing en route. You have the option to book a walking safari or night game drive locally at the camp. The game drives include a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary and offer a high chance of spotting the “Big Five” – leopard, rhino, elephant, lion, and buffalo – along with a diverse range of wildlife such as zebra, giraffe, waterbuck, eland, oryx, gazelles, and numerous bird species. En route, stop at the Equator, where you can witness the fascinating phenomenon of water spinning clockwise on the northern side. Continue your journey to Lake Bogoria, a shallow soda lake renowned for its stunning scenery, abundant flamingos, and natural hot springs with impressive geysers.

Transfer in Masai Mara National Reserve
After an early morning breakfast, set off from Lake Naivasha towards the Masai Mara, passing through the famous Masai town of Narok. The journey takes approximately five hours. Arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch and check in at your lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive through the park, searching for the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, and other members of the Big Five, along with various other wildlife.

Full Day Game Drives in Masai Mara National Reserve
Begin your day with an early morning game drive, followed by breakfast at the lodge. Spend the rest of the day exploring the park with packed lunches. The Masai Mara plains are teeming with wildlife, especially during the migration season from early July to late September. Wildebeest, zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, and Thomson’s gazelles are commonly seen, along with predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, and bat-eared foxes. Along the Mara River, you’ll find hippos and large Nile crocodiles, patiently waiting for their next meal as the wildebeest make their perilous crossing in search of greener pastures.

Return to Nairobi

Can I reschedule or cancel this trip?
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule this trip as a private tour to any date within 12 months at no additional cost.
- Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the tour departure date. Bookings not secured with the appropriate deposit will be released.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel between 90 and 45 days before departure: 20% penalty of the tour price.
- Cancel within 45 days of departure or no show: 100% penalty of the tour price.
Availability and Accommodations
- Reservations: Accommodation and activity availability is not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with the final itinerary and deposit payment. If any quoted accommodations are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with suitable alternatives, which may affect the final quoted price.

- Requirement: All clients must have medical and travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Permit Cancellation Policy
Uganda Gorilla Permit Cancellation Policy
- Guarantee: A Gorilla Permit is guaranteed only upon receipt of the deposit ($800 per person per trek) as it must be paid immediately to the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 90 days before tracking: 25% cancellation fee.
- 89 to 46 days before tracking: 50% cancellation fee.
- 45 to 9 days before tracking: 75% cancellation fee.
- 8 to 0 days before tracking: 100% cancellation fee.
Important Information
- Age Requirement: The minimum age for gorilla tracking is 15 years.
- Health: Visitors with flu or other airborne diseases will not be allowed into the rainforest jungle to see the gorillas.
- Safety Protocols: Masks must be worn at all times, and a distance of 10 meters must be maintained between you and the gorillas.
