Essential Information About Gorilla Permits

Your gorilla permit is vital for trekking in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable or Mgahinga National Parks. It allows one hour with a habituated gorilla family and covers park entry fees, ranger guide services and tourism police for your safety. Permits are date-specific and non-transferable, so it’s important to schedule your trek carefully.

We assist you throughout the permit booking process, securing your permits well in advance. Once booked, your permit will be collected from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) and safely stored until your trek.
