4-Day Serengeti National Park Safari – Explore Tanzania’s Best Wildlife

Day 0: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our friendly Excursia Adventures guide will meet you. After a warm welcome, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for a comfortable overnight stay, preparing for your exciting safari ahead.
Day 1: Journey to Tarangire National Park
Start your safari with a morning drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees. The park is also home to lions, giraffes, cheetahs, warthogs, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. After an exciting game drive, we’ll head to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After a hearty breakfast, we’ll travel to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro. Along the way, we’ll enjoy the scenic route and have the chance to spot wildlife in the Ngorongoro Crater area. Once we arrive in Serengeti, get ready for a leisurely game drive across the golden savannah that is home to Africa’s most famous wildlife. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch on a kopje, then continue exploring Serengeti’s stunning landscapes before spending the night in the park.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
On your third day, enjoy an early morning game drive in the central Serengeti. Watch as the sun rises over the savannah, bringing the landscape to life. Your guide will track predators by studying footprints, increasing your chances of spotting them. Afterward, we’ll travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. Enjoy a restful evening and dinner before staying overnight near the crater.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
On the final day, we’ll begin with an early game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, where you can spot the ‘Big Five’—lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo—in this natural animal haven. You’ll also see zebras, wildebeest, flamingos, and hippos, making it an unforgettable experience. After enjoying a picnic lunch by a small lake, we’ll head back to Arusha for your departure.
Departure: Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport to conclude your 4-day safari.
