To participate in gorilla trekking, you must secure a Rwanda gorilla permit, priced at USD 1,500 for all nationals. This permit allows you one hour of viewing and photographing the gorillas. Golden Monkey Tracking in Volcanoes National Park

After that, guides lead you through the forest to find the monkeys, a journey that may take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.
