By Domestic Flight

For a quicker and more convenient option, you can fly from Entebbe to Kihihi Airstrip, a flight that takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. From there, it’s a scenic 1-hour drive to the lodge. Aerolink and Kampala Executive Aviation operate domestic flights to Kihihi, allowing you to save time and spend more time enjoying activities at the lodge.

By Road

If you prefer a road trip, it’s an 8-9 hour drive from Kampala to the lodge. While the journey may be longer, it offers travelers the chance to experience Uganda’s beautiful landscapes, making stops at interesting spots like the Equator Crossing and local craft shops. A 4×4 safari vehicle is recommended, as some roads can be bumpy and unpaved.

If you’re coming from Kigali, Rwanda, the drive is shorter, approximately 5-6 hours, with the option to pass through Kigali’s Genocide Museum. You can even start your drive as late as midday, making it a flexible option for travelers.
