This immersive experience is conducted by researchers and forest guides. The habituation permit costs:
  • USD 230 per person (Non-Foreign Residents)
  • USD 160 per person (Foreign Residents)
  • USD 90 per person (Ugandan Citizens)
• Chimpanzee Trekking Permit: This is for those interested in viewing chimpanzees that are already accustomed to human presence. The trekking experience lasts for one hour and the focus is on observing the chimpanzees’ behavior once they are located. This permit costs:
  • USD 130 per person (Non-Foreign Residents)
